Season ticket prices for New York Jets home games during the 2018 season will decrease by an average of 11 percent.
The Jets are also introducing a two-year price freeze on season tickets in conjunction with signing up for new 12- and 10-month auto-payment options by March 1, 2018. The team's upcoming home schedules will feature popular visiting non-divisional opponents including the Packers, Vikings, Texans, Colts and Broncos in 2018 and the Giants, Cowboys and Steelers in 2019.
More than half of the seats at MetLife Stadium will have price decreases and the prices for the rest of the seats will remain flat. The lowest-priced seat in the building will be $45, and the average ticket price will be the lowest since MetLife opened in 2010.
"Every year, we look at what is going on around the league, prices for sporting and other events in New York, and in the secondary market," said team president Neil Glat. "We have had some price decreases in the past, but this will be the largest decrease in average price since the building opened."
All season ticket holders will receive Jets Cash, the popular free food/beverage/merchandise credit program that will include even more value during the upcoming season. If fans renew by March 1 and their ticket prices are remaining flat, they will receive between $100 and $250 per seat. For fans who renew by March 1 and their ticket prices are being lowered, they will receive between $20 and $40 per seat.
Personal Seat License holders will continue to receive the most value and access to exclusive events. In addition to obtaining discounts to popular team events like Jets House and Taste of the Jets, PSL holders will continue to gain access to other events in the area including the NFL Experience in Times Square, Mets games, and concerts.
Fans will now have the option to purchase a mezzanine season ticket without PSL benefits, and current mezzanine PSL holders will have the opportunity to upgrade to lower-level PSL locations for no additional PSL fee.
