Three players and three plays of the game from the Jets' 19-16 victory over the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium on Saturday night:

Players of the Game

Ryan Fitzpatrick — Through three quarters, Fitzpatrick survived the heat from a fired-up Cowboys pass rush, getting sacked only twice for no yards. Then Fitz turned it on in the fourth period, completing 10 of 12 passes for 132 yards, his only TD pass to Eric Decker to put the Jets ahead, 16-13, then a key completion to Kenbrell Thompkins to set up Randy Bullock's ultimate game-winning kick. During the four-game win streak, Fitzpatrick's fourth-quarter passer rating is a superlative 129.3. For the game he completed 26 of 39 for 299 yards and converted two third downs with keepers.

Eric Decker — The wideouts spread the wealth but Decker had his usual impact on the offense. He had six receptions on 10 targets for 55 yards. Five of the six picked up first downs, giving him 20 first downs in the last four games. Two of the receptions converted third downs, making it eight conversions during the win streak. And his touchdown catch, No. 10 on the year, capped a 70-yard drive and put the Jets back in the driver's seat at 16-13 with 8:58 to play.

Bilal Powell — Powell continues to impress since returning from his ankle sprain. He ran 12 yards for the Jets' first TD, his third in three games and his first rushing score of the season. He caught all seven passes thrown to him for 54 yards after going 5-for-5 vs. Tennessee. Add in his 25 rushing yards and Powell finished with 80 yards to lead the offense in yards from scrimmage. And he equaled his season high with five first downs.

Plays of the Game

Quincy Enunwa 24 pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick, 9:06 to play, fourth quarter — Fitzpatrick called this the play of the game and who are we to argue? On third-and-14 at the Dallas 27, Fitz faced a four-man rush that split, allowing him to step up and muscle the ball slightly behind Enunwa at the 8 in front of S Barry Church. Enunwa leaped to corral the ball, bounced off Church and got 5 more yards to the 3 before being swarmed by Cowboys. The play enabled the Jets to bypass a 45-yard field goal and a 13-12 deficit for the Decker TD and a 16-13 lead with half the fourth quarter to go.

Kenbrell Thompkins 43-yard pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick, 0:53 to play, fourth quarter — Just inside the two-minute warning, the Jets needed to move into field goal range to untie it. They did just that on one long play that flipped the field from the Jets 31 to the Cowboys 26. Fitzpatrick looked off for a split-second, then fired before being hammered by the right side of the four-man rush. Thompkins went outside CB Byron Jones' outside leverage and paused also for a split-second before taking off down the sideline, juggling and then securing the pass at the Cowboys 44 and getting the last 18 yards on YAC. Three plays later, Bullock kicked the go-ahead field goal. Only one more task remained ...

Marcus Williams interception of Kellen Moore pass, 0:11 to play, fourth quarter — The Cowboys were running out of time but they needed just one long completion in the final 30 seconds and enough time to then spike the ball to give big-legged Dan Bailey a chance to retie the score. Moore dropped back against the Jets' three-man rush and launched it for Dez Bryant at the Jets 25 with four DBs around him. Bryant may have tickled the jumpball with his fingertips but S Marcus Gilchrist got more of it and deflected it into the hands of Williams for his sixth pick of the season.
