Make that two for Hawaii.
Antonio Cromartie found out today that he will be joining Nick Mangold as Jets representatives at the Pro Bowl in Honolulu on Sunday.
Cromartie was our second alternate at cornerback on the original unconferenced Pro Bowl roster announced Dec. 27, meaning two players had to depart the eight-member all-star contingent at cornerback.
Seattle's Richard Sherman was the first, since the loquacious star of the Seahawks' NFC Championship Game win over the 49ers is going to be playing in Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium in two weeks.
Then New England CB Aqib Talib withdrew due to the injury he suffered in the Patriots' AFC title-game loss to the Broncos earlier Sunday. And Cro gets to fly along with Mangold, who found out late Sunday night that he would be replacing Seahawks C Max Unger on the Pro Bowl roster.
It's Cromartie's third Pro Bowl berth, and despite struggling through hip issues all season he'll be making his second trip to Honolulu in back-to-back seasons after representing the Jets along with S LaRon Landry a year ago.
