NJ 4 Eastbound, Teaneck Road (MM7.6), Teaneck Twp., right lane closed — flooding
ESSEX COUNTY
NJ 10 both directions, Hazel Avenue/Hillside Terrace (MM20.0), Livingston Twp., right lane closed —flooding
NJ 21 both directions, Exit 5, NJ 21/McCarter Highway (MM5.3), Newark, all lanes closed — flooding
US 1&9 Truck Route both directions, Raymond Boulevard (MM0.1), Newark, all lanes closed — flooding

■ The two we are not sure about are Route 21 both directions in Newark and Route 46 in Fairfield. These are affected by the Passaic River, which usually takes a couple of days to crest and recede.
