New York hosts Miami on Saturday, and a Saturday game means that, for the most part, Jets players will only be available in FanDuel tournaments that involve just four teams. With such a tiny player pool, FanDuelers have to be super-slick in their lineup building—the object here is to bring aboard a Jets option who few others playing the tournament have chosen. Fortunately, there are plenty of good options, and here are three:
*BRYCE PETTY – QB – $6,000Petty had himself a nice little game last Sunday against San Francisco, completing 23 of his 35 passes for 257 yards, and racking up 13.18 FanDuel points. The Dolphins defense, which started the season with such promise, now ranks 25th in the NFL in FanDuel points allowed, so look for young Mr. Petty to take advantage.
BILAL POWELL – RB - $6,100This one comes with a big ol' caveat: If Matt Forte is good to go, he might be the play, but as of this writing, it looks like Powell will be The Man. He was certainly The Man last week, putting together a ridiculous stat line of 145 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns, as well as 34 yards through the air on five receptions. Don't be surprised if coach Todd Bowles leans on Powell, big-time.
NICK FOLK – K – $4,500Of the four kickers in action on Saturday, Folk has the lowest price tag, but the second highest FanDuel point average. When you do the math, rostering Nick just makes good sense.
