I don't think anybody expected to sit here celebrating a win over the Bills the last game of the year and having it not be for the playoffs, having it as a 5-11 record. You have to look at the job he's done with the offense and the things he did through the year. He's obviously a guy that tons of guys have respect for, he commands the room, he's a great leader. Nobody would be more deserving than him if the opportunity came where he was the coach."
