2024 Jets Mock Drafts

Jets Mock Draft 3.0 | Who Does NFL.com Project in a Round 1 Trade for the Jets?

ESPN’s Field Yates Has New York Leaning Toward Taking a Clemson Pass Rusher

Dart Mock Thumb

The Jets currently have the No. 7 pick in the 2025 draft prior to the conclusion of the 2024-25 season. Below is a compilation of mock drafts. The views expressed are not representative of any Jets personnel.

No. 7: DT Mason Graham – Michigan
"If the Jets do not re-sign free agent defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw, I'd expect them to take Graham, the best defender still on the board, to pair with Quinnen Williams up front. Graham's strength and quickness allow him to play multiple spots on the line, while his relentless hustle can be taxing on offensive lines."

No. 31: QB Jaxson Dart – Ole Miss
"Multiple teams could be looking for a quarterback early in Round 2. To avoid the Friday night rush, the Jets trade up from Pick No. 42 overall in Round 2, sending that selection and a fourth-, fifth- and sixth-round pick to the Chiefs. Dart's efficiency, smooth delivery and above-average mobility for the position earn him the nod in this mock."

No. 92: S Latham Ransom – Ohio State

No. 7: EDGE Mykel Williams – Clemson
"It sounds as if the Jets are going to move on from Aaron Rodgers and make a change at quarterback. But with the top two passers off the board, the Jets probably would have to look elsewhere at No. 7. Perhaps they look at the Day 2 quarterbacks or just address the spot in free agency. Regardless, I think New York turns to the defense here, and Williams would boost a pass rush that needs more of an edge presence to complement Will McDonald IV, who broke out in 2024 with 10.5 sacks. Williams has rare length, power and more pass-rush juice than his sack numbers suggest (14 over three seasons)."

No. 7: CB Will Johnson – Michigan
"Teams will have to take a deep look at Johnson's medicals after he missed most of his junior season. However, when you turn on Johnson's tape — especially from the Wolverines' 2023 title run — you see a truly elite college corner. Johnson was Michigan's best at the position since Charles Woodson, and he'd be a perfect fit for new Jets coach Aaron Glenn."

No. 7: EDGE Mykel Williams – Clemson
"The Jets' trade for Haason Reddick was a disaster and Jermaine Johnson is coming off a torn Achilles tendon, leaving the team undermanned at EDGE. Williams gives the team a potential star at defensive end to pair with Quinnen Williams on the interior and Sauce Gardner at corner. Williams only tallied five sacks in his final season as a Bulldog, but they came when the lights were brightest, notching four sacks in two matchups against Texas."

No. 7: OT Will Campbell – Michigan
"If Aaron Glenn is taking any page out of Detroit's playbook, it would be wise to start with emulating the Lions offensive line. Campbell would likely slot in at right tackle for the Jets and immediately give them their best starting five in years."

No. 7: CB Will Johnson – Michigan
"Apart from Sauce Gardner, nearly every other defensive back on the Jets' two-deep is set to become an unrestricted free agent in March. Johnson's experience in man and zone, along with his overall play strength, would complement Sauce's style well. New coach Aaron Glenn and GM Darren Mougey could choose to address corner in free agency, in which case, fellow Michigan man Mason Graham would provide a similar win-share uptick for New York."
