The Jets signed defensive lineman Destiny Vaeao to their practice squad.
Vaeao played in six games (three starts) for the Eagles this season before he was waived/injured. He reverted to injured reserve after clearing waivers and was released Oct. 24. The 6'4", 299-pound American Samoa native originally signed with Philadelphia after the 2016 NFL Draft and he's recorded 27 tackles, three sacks and one forced fumble in 33 games. The Washington State product totaled 84 tackles, 19 for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles and two recoveries in four years for the Cougars.
