Fifth-Year Back Has Career 999 Rushing Yards

The Jets have signed RB Charcandrick West.

West spent four years with the Chiefs after going undrafted out of Abilene Christian in 2014. He appeared in six games his rookie year, but didn't register any carries. From 2015-17, the 5'10", 205-pounder totaled 999 yards and seven touchdowns on 266 rushes for an average of 3.8 yards per carry. West also has caught 75 balls for 552 yards and five touchdowns. For his career, West has appeared in 49 games (11 starts).
