The New York Jets have announced a multi-year partnership with the McDonald's New York Metro Owner/Operators Association, the local chapter of McDonald's owner/operators in the New York Tri-State area, making them an official partner and the official burger of the team. Through this partnership, McDonald's customers at nearly 520 restaurants in the New York Metro region will have access to exclusive offers, deals, and experiences. As an official partner of the team, McDonald's New York Metro receives social and digital assets, commercial spots during Jets broadcasts, and stadium signage. Jets fans can take part in special promotions, including "Sacks for Big Macs", and training camp offers.

During the 2024 season, when then Jets record a sack of the opponent's quarterback, fans will score a free Big Mac with a qualifying purchase of $2 or more at participating local McDonald's restaurants via the McDonald's app.* McDonald's App customers in the Tri-State area will also receive unique ticket offers and experiences as part of this integrated partnership.

"The Jets are excited to partner with McDonald's, a global leader in the fast-food industry," said Jeff Fernandez, Jets Vice President, Business Development + Ventures. This relationship allows Jets fans participate in overall success of the club through fun McDonald's promotions. We look forward to the opportunity to collaborate on "Sacks for Big Macs" this season and creatively weave McDonald's into other meaningful fan engagement initiatives."

To celebrate Jets fans, during the New York Jets Training Camp, fans who have the McDonald's App downloaded will be able to redeem a free Big Mac with a qualifying purchase on August 3rd and 21st.

"We are very proud to partner with the New York Jets to make McDonald's the official burger of one of the New York Tri-State region's most beloved teams," said Brian Hairston, President of McDonald's New York Metro's Owner/Operators Association. "As this highly anticipated football season begins, we look forward to bringing our two iconic brands together to provide special offers and experiences to thousands of customers and Jets fans throughout the region."
