The New York Jets are holding Fan Appreciation Day for the game vs. Buffalo at the Meadowlands on Sunday at 1 p.m. The team is encouraging all fans to wear their Jets green gear to create a "Green Out" at the game. Prizes and giveaways will be distributed throughout the game and one fan will be chosen at random to kick a field goal at halftime for $150,000. The New York Jets in conjunction with the U.S. Marine Reserve Corps, Burgdorff Realtors ERA and A-1 First Class-Viking Moving and Storage will hold their annual toy drive to benefit the Toys for Tots program on Dec. 14 at the Meadowlands before the opening kickoff. Fans are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy to the game that will be collected at all gates upon entering the stadium.
Important Reminder for Fans Coming to the Game
NJ TRANSIT has restored direct bus service from the Port Authority Bus Terminal (PABT) for football games at the Meadowlands while continuing to operate the new rail/bus service via Secaucus Junction. NJ TRANSIT will operate No. 351 direct bus service from the PABT to the Meadowlands Sports Complex for all Jets home football games. In addition, the new No. 353 rail/bus shuttle from Penn Station New York with connecting bus service at Secaucus Junction will also be available for football fans going to the Meadowlands — giving customers both rail and bus options for games this season.

Also, Novartis will be conducting blood pressure screenings, DirecTV will be handing out information about its services, and Benefiber will be displaying its products.
