The Jets will be going into battle against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium this afternoon in the last game of the 2017 regular season minus three regular starters in the Green & White lineup.

TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, listed as doubtful Friday after not practicing all week with rib and foot injuries, has been deactivated by Todd Bowles for his third regular-season finale as Jets head coach. Seferian-Jenkins ends the season with 50 receptions for 357 yards and three touchdowns as the tight end returned to the Jets offense.

ASJ joins RT Brandon Shell (concussion) on the sideline after Shell was declared out Friday. DL Muhammad Wilkerson is also inactive for the third straight game.

Players who are active and in line to make their Jets/NFL debuts are sixth-round rookie Jeremy Clark and free agent RB Jahad Thomas, called up from the practice squad Saturday.

Thomas will join Bilal Powell and rookie Elijah McGuire in the Jets' offensive backfield. Matt Forte (knee) and Akeem Judd (ankle) were both placed on Injured Reserve on Saturday.

QB Bryce Petty will make the seventh start of his NFL career and his third start this season, trying to help prevent HC Bill Belichick, QB Tom Brady and the Patriots from securing homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.
