8/26/09 Training Camp Practice Photos

The heat is on.
The Jets hold their second and third open practices today and Thursday at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, N.J., and the heat will be on in several ways.
Temperatures are expected to hit 90 degrees today. And no rain is in sight.
We're expecting lots of fans to start arriving at the AHJTC this morning, beginning when the parking lots open at 10 a.m.
And head coach Rex Ryan's Jets will continue their preseason buildup. They're getting ready this week to play the Giants at the Meadowlands on Saturday night and — most important — to take on the Texans in Houston on Sunday, Sept. 13.
The schedule is the same. Full-squad practice both days begins at 11:50 a.m. The practices will run to about 1:30 p.m., although the finishing time is approximate. And Ryan will talk with reporters at 2 p.m., with the news conference being streamed as usual on newyorkjets.com.
Jets Fest and Jets Shop will both be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
