If you want to see the Jets play the Birds, all you've got to do is tweet.
A lucky 13 Jets players on Twitter have already tweeted that they are each giving away three pairs of tickets to the Jets' final preseason game, against the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Meadowlands. That's 39 pairs of tickets in all.
The tweet instructs each player's Twitter followers to follow the Jets' team twitter, @nyjets, and to send @nyjets a tweet stating they want to win that player's tickets. For instance: "@nyjets I want to win @mark_sanchez tickets."
We must receive that tweet by 9 o'clock tonight, the end of this one-day ticket sweepstakes.
All current and new @nyjets followers who tweet us with that message will be sent a direct message today with instructions on how to complete their entry into the sweepstakes.
Winners will be drawn and notified early next week. The winners will be able to pick up their tickets at the Meadowlands will-call window the night of the game, Sept. 3.
Remember, if you want to be enter the sweepstakes, you must respond by 9 o'clock tonight.
