There's a lot of blame to go around for the Jets' lopsided loss to the Steelers today, but I'm going to have to lay most of it on Gang Green's anemic offense.
After a really impressive 90-yard touchdown drive in the first quarter, the Jets managed to score only three points. Way too many incompletions, dropped passes and 3-and-outs for this team to compete with the Steel Curtain. Even worse, as I'll discuss tomorrow, the Jets' offensive woes negatively affected the defense's ability to keep the score close.
