The New York Jets announced 21 members of their 2008 Flight Crew today at Marc Ecko Enterprises in New York City.
After the first ever open audition for the squad, those 21 finalists were selected from an original pool of over 250. Celebrity judges Marc Ecko, Danielle Monaro of Z100, former Jets linebacker Greg Buttle, fan charity auction winner Derek Tobacco, and IMG fashion producer Christina Neault helped make the selections.
"Picking this year's squad was a very difficult decision," said Flight Crew director Denise Garvey. "We are really excited about the girls we chose. They have everything — they have the dance technique, they have the look for our new Marc Ecko uniforms, and they have the showmanship to entertain 80,000 people."
