Hey hey, JETS fans! It's Ashley from the Flight Crew. Here we are off to a great start to another exciting season! Go JETS!
Besides cheering on the Green & White along with all of you loud and dedicated fans, I also have another rewarding job I get to do every day that I wanted to share with you.
Off the field I work at an infant toddler center with infants from the young age of 3 months up until 14 months. I'm fortunate enough to say that I leave work every day with a smile on my face witnessing and knowing I had an impact on another day of the most important development in a child's life.
It's so intriguing to me to watch as their innocent eyes wander around and take in anything and everything from facial expressions to bubbles with such fascination. It's very easy for me to lose track of any stress or worry throughout the day knowing their biggest worry is when they're going to eat or sleep next. Guiding them from rolling to sitting up, from crawling to walking, and hearing their first words is the most rewarding experience for me.
Another blessing for me that I am very thankful for is to know how much trust parents give me to care for their precious new additions to their family. It gives me a lot of confidence in knowing how I will be as a proud mother one day.
But until then I will continue to be the best cheerleader I can be along with all of you JETS fanatics! Thanks for letting me share with you my pride for the JETS and passion for making a difference in a child's life. See you on the field!
