This year my family and I decided to do something different for Christmas, and we came up with a brilliant idea: Why don't we spend Christmas Hawaiian style?!
We really wanted to make the most of our time there so we were up and moving every day starting at seven in the morning. Because of this I got to experience a handful of wonderful sightseeing outings, including Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head Volcano and the North Shore. I got to partake in awesome adventures like hiking and surfing. I thought I would fail at surfing, but thanks to my previous experience paddle boarding in Puerto Rico with other Flight Crew Cheerleaders, I was able to ride some cool, yet scary, waves.
This was an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life and I am extremely thankful that I had the opportunity to do this with my family.
