When I first moved to New York City I had no idea where to find the best shopping, facials, restaurants, and entertainment. With all of the options that NYC has to offer, it could easily overwhelm anyone. So I decided to make a "hot list" of my favorite places for all things fun, fabulous and addiction-forming in the Big Apple.
Designer Overstock: Change of Season, 341 E. 9th St., near First Ave., (212) 420-7770
Unlike the depressing decor in most overstock outlets, this store looks like a chic hotel lobby. You can find all major designers here for more than half the price.

You can find vintage inspired dresses, cocktail dresses, office-appropriate belted shirt dresses and fun daytime dresses here. I recently purchased my favorite LBD at Dalaga. You won't leave empty-handed, I promise!
Fitness Fun: Bikram Yoga NYG
I recently became obsessed with Bikram Yoga! It is different than any other yoga I have tried. You will leave class feeling centered, less stressed and cleansed of all the toxins in your body They have locations conveniently located throughout Manhattan. Enjoy!
Multi-Service Spa: Jade Beauty and Grooming Spa, 2573 Broadway, between 96th and 97th, (212) 362-5762
If you're a gal on a budget but still want to treat yourself to a day of pampering, then this is the place for you. The spa has great prices and amazing package deals and stays open until 9 p.m. on weekdays. My favorite package is the manicure, pedicure, facial and 20-minute massage for $98.
Waxing and Threading: The Perfect Shape, 295 Park Ave. South, (212) 473-7400
I absolutely love this salon! The prices are great and the service is excellent. I get the eyebrow threading, which starts at $5.

It is simply amazing. The perfect place to go for desert on a date!

I would like to exit by saying thank you to all of our amazing Jets fans! Having the opportunity to be a Jets Flight Crew Cheerleader has been a dream come true and being apart of the New York Jets organization is an honor. We truly have the most supportive fans in the NFL. Through the ups and downs of this season your unwavering faith and love has been a driving force behind us. You will forever be a part of the special moments I have had over this season. Thanks for the memories, y'all.
