The Jets have elevated LB Marcelino McCrary-Ball and DL Bruce Hector for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Broncos.

McCrary-Ball (6-0, 214) was elevated for last week's game against the Patriots and took 14 snaps on special teams. The former Indiana Hoosier, who was added to the practice squad in August, signed with the Jets P-squad in August of 2023 before being added to the active roster last January. McCrary-Ball appeared in two games for the Green & White and took 19 special teams snaps. He began his career with the 49ers, signing as an undrafted free agent in 2022, and spent two training camps with San Francisco before joining the Jets midway through the '23 season.

Hector (6-2, 296) signed with the practice squad Aug. 28 after he signed with the Jets' P-squad last December and was promoted to the active roster on Jan. 6. Before that, Hector had spent the summer with the Jets and played with the Arlington Renegades of the XFL. Hector played in three games for the Lions in 2022 and had 5 tackles on 52 snaps. He first signed with the Eagles in 2018 as an undrafted free agent out of South Florida and has had stints with the Cardinals (2019), the Panthers (2020) and the Titans (2021). Hector has played in 16 career games (1 start) and had 11 tackles, 0.5 sacks, and 2 QB hits.
