Tannenbaum just completed his first season as general manager
The New York Jets announced they have signed DT Zarnell Fitch to a Reserve/Future contract. The announcement was made by General Manager Mike Tannenbaum.
Fitch, originally signed to the Jets' practice squad on December 27, is a native of Spencer, Oklahoma and played two years (2004-2005) at TCU. In his two-year career, he recorded a total of 34 tackles with two interceptions, a forced fumble and a sack.
Fitch is the sixth player the Jets have signed to a Reserve/Future contract. The other signed players are: DE Darrell Adams, CB Alphonso Hodge, TE Joe Kowalewski, DT Keyonta MarshallandDT Matt McChesney.
