The Jets have signed Frankie Luvu to fill out their practice squad as the team had a vacant spot after the Panthers signed WR-KR Greg Dortch to their active roster.

Luvu has played in 18 games for the Green & White over the last two seasons, totaling 26 tackles and three sacks. The second-year Washington State product first signed with the team last May and began last year on the practice squad but was activated Sept. 8. The 6'3", 236-pounder made the 2019 active roster and was waived by the Jets Oct. 14.

Dortch first signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent from Wake Forest in May and spent the summer with the team before he was waived and signed to the practice squad Sept. 1. The 5'7", 173-pounder recorded eight receptions for 49 yards and one touchdown in the preseason in addition to fielding nine punt returns for 85 yards.
