Bailey (6-5, 300) spent training camp with the Falcons before he was cut Aug. 25. He originally signed with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2019 out of South Carolina and spent one and a half seasons with the Bucs before practice-squad stints with the Vikings (2020-21), Colts ('21), Commanders ('21-'22) and Chargers ('22-'23). Cindric, a four-time Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll selection, was a two-time semifinalist for the Campbell Trophy (often referred to as the Academic Heisman), Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year and Wuerffel Trophy (community service).

He was released from Seattle's P-squad Sept. 24 and was elevated for 1 game this season (10 special teams snaps).
