The Jets have signed OL Zack Bailey and OL Matt Cindric to the practice squad and released S Marquise Blair from the P-squad.

Bailey (6-5, 300) spent training camp with the Falcons before he was cut Aug. 25. He originally signed with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2019 out of South Carolina and spent one and a half seasons with the Bucs before practice-squad stints with the Vikings (2020-21), Colts ('21), Commanders ('21-'22) and Chargers ('22-'23). He's appeared in one game – Week 13 of the '22 season with the Chargers – and took 4 snaps on special teams.

Cindric (6-4, 295) signed with the Vikings this past April as an undrafted free agent out of Cal. He was released in May, re-signed Aug. 21 and signed with the Falcons practice squad Oct. 8. He started in 34 of the 35 games he played for the Golden Bears -- 17 at center and 17 at right guard. Cindric, a four-time Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll selection, was a two-time semifinalist for the Campbell Trophy (often referred to as the Academic Heisman), Jason Witten Collegiate Man of the Year and Wuerffel Trophy (community service).

Blair, a second-round pick by the Seahawks out of Utah in 2019, signed with the Jets practice squad Oct. 17. He was released from Seattle's P-squad Sept. 24 and was elevated for 1 game this season (10 special teams snaps). Blair played his first three seasons with the 'Hawks before a stint with the Panthers (2022) and the Eagles practice squad (2023). He's played in 26 games (3 starts) and has 52 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 3 pass defenses and 3 forced fumbles on 413 snaps. He's also taken 329 snaps on special teams.
